Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR plans aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to design and execute people, culture, and workplace initiatives.
• Develop and implement a talent and inclusion plan to ensure the right talent and environment for achieving financial goals.
• Provide coaching and training to build leadership capabilities, including succession and development planning.
• Lead change management initiatives with thought leadership and experience.
• Navigate complexity, ambiguity, and manage conflicting viewpoints effectively.
• Review and benchmark external business and talent trends to develop future best practices.
• Partner with leaders to build a diverse and innovative workforce.
• Drive division-wide innovative HR initiatives and programs.
• Establish strong relationships with HR partners to coordinate HR elements successfully.
• Utilize strong communication skills and leverage analytics to gain insights and drive actionable outcomes
