Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, multiple implementations for large populations or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Own execution of HR initiatives from intake through delivery.
• Drive progress by coordinating activities and managing dependencies.
• Maintain visibility into status, risks, and timelines across initiatives.
• Support and execute the full lifecycle of HR work.
• Reconcile work across HR and HR Tech initiatives.
