Job summary

hireneXus seeks a Strategic Initiatives, HR Senior Manager to lead high-impact HR change programs across a multi-brand platform. You will design, execute, and measure initiatives that translate strategic priorities into field-ready actions, partnering with Talent, Total Rewards, and Operations leaders.

The role focuses on building an operator-ready HR roadmap, dashboards, and playbooks, while driving adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in strategy, PMO, or management consulting.
• Ability to translate ambiguous HR problems into structured initiatives.
• Exposure to Six Sigma/Lean or DMAIC methodologies.
• Experience in PE-backed environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR, Talent, Total Rewards interfaces is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR strategic initiative roadmap with clear milestones and owners.
• Drive execution against the roadmap with urgency and accountability.
• Sequence initiatives from pilot to scale using crawl-walk-run approach.
• Maintain master initiative tracker and executive-ready updates.
• Apply structured problem-solving to break down complex HR problems into modules.
• Build repeatable playbooks and frameworks for multi-brand adoption.
• Create and maintain HR metrics dashboards for leadership decision-making.
• Manage multiple initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
• Travel to local shops/brands to validate initiative landing and gather field feedback.
• Influence stakeholders and communicate a clear recommendations.
