Job summary

Qualifications
- Must enlist in the Army National Guard.
- Relevant aptitude or experience in personnel or HR is a plus.
- Ability to follow established procedures and maintain records.
Responsibilities
- Assist on all human resource support matters
- Oversight of strength management and strength distribution actions
- Ensure readiness, health, and welfare of Soldiers
- Maintain postal and personnel accountability support
- Manage emergency notification data and filing systems
