DC Army National Guard is seeking an HR Specialist to support Soldiers by handling personnel records, data entry, and HR processes. You will assist in strength management and readiness, ensuring welfare of all Soldiers and accurate accountability for postal and personnel records.

The role includes paid training, tuition assistance, and retirement benefits as part of National Guard service, with the potential for tuition support and health care benefits.

Qualifications

• Military enlistment in the Army National Guard
• Must be at least a junior in high school or have a high school diploma or GED
• Must be between 17 and 35 years old
• Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
• Must meet citizenship requirements (see NATIONALGUARD.com for details)
