Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews vacancy announcements with the manager or senior staff, ensuring accuracy in advertising jobs.
• Interprets qualification standards, job requirements, analysis, and evaluation plans.
• Creates Job Requisition in the ASMP PeopleSoft system and enters personnel actions.
• Assists with recruitment activities including job fairs and maintains ongoing recruitment sources.
