Responsibilities include posting vacancies, coordinating onboarding steps, and providing ongoing employee follow-up to ensure smooth integration and retention. Strong MS Office skills and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in human resources with emphasis on recruiting and onboarding preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with UKG Ready preferred; non-profit/health and human services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Post open vacancies internally and externally; review, screen, and distribute resumes; schedule interviews.
• Extend job offers; process background checks; complete E-Verify and DOL new hire reporting; obtain Motor Vehicle Reports.
• Ensure onboarding steps are completed and provide follow-up with employees through multiple periods of employment.
