Responsibilities

• Staffing: Welcoming candidates and coordinating new hire orientation.
• Payroll: Review and approve time for payroll.
• Training & Development: Schedule and monitor employee training and orientation.
• Performance Management: Establishing and monitoring reviews and development plans.
• Employee Engagement: Coordinate service awards and town hall meetings.
• Compliance: Maintain documentation of affirmative action and related programs.
