Job summary

Tutulu LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Specialist Level II to support military and government civilian operations on site at Kirtland AFB. The role focuses on HRIS management and HR services across complex military personnel processes.

Required are TS/SCI eligibility, 5+ years in DoW with contracts, 2+ years in SAP/SCI environment, and strong MS Office/HRIS skills. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance eligibility
• 5+ years DoW experience with contracts/subcontracts
• 2+ years in SAP/SCI environment (last 5 years)
• May need to complete a Government polygraph
• Provide personnel recommendations to leadership
• Analyze personnel strengths and trends
• Experience with MILPDS/MyFSS/DTS/LeaveWeb and related awards
• HR Generalist hands-on experience
• MS Office and HR-related systems knowledge
• Manage civilian recruitment and placement, training, and records compliance
