Job summary

Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) in Santa Clara, CA is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support the US Sales team and HR initiatives nationwide. The role focuses on data-entry, compliance, immigration case management, onboarding, and employee relations.

You will partner with the HR Manager to prepare notices, process PAFs, generate reports, and ensure confidentiality while delivering customer-focused service across locations. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of Human Resources experience, immigration case experience preferred.
Ability to handle confidential information and manage competing priorities.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills; able to work autonomously across locations.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite HR support for the Santa Clara team and US Sales organization.
Prepare notices, hire sheets, and PAFs for hires, role changes, and terminations.
Assist with immigration cases under supervision and generate HR reports.
Support onboarding, I-9 verification, and employee engagement initiatives.
Travel to support business needs every 8–10 weeks.
