Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of Human Resources experience, with prior experience working on immigration cases preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information, manage competing priorities and show a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously while providing support to multiple locations.
• Strong problem-solving, communication and organizational skills.
• Intermediate proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to learn new computer applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in interactions with employees and managers.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite HR support for the Santa Clara based team and the Sales organization in areas such as data-entry, compliance matters, reporting, immigration, and document management
• Prepare written employee notices, hire sheets, and Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) related to new hires, supervisor and role changes, and terminations
• Support the preparation, tracking, and management of immigration cases under HR Manager and attorney supervision
• Generate HR reports and assist with other compliance related initiatives as needed (ISO and KPI reporting)
• Support onboarding, I-9 verification and employee 1st day initiatives
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives within the facility
• Be the problem-solver and remain comfortable with new tasks as they arise, while keeping a focus on the customer
• Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned, in alignment with the evolving needs of the business.
• Support coordination of Sales training initiatives
• Ability to travel support business travel as needed (every 8-10 weeks)
