We are a national staffing firm and are currentlyseeking a Compensation Analyst for a prominent clientofours.This position is Fully Remote. Details for the positionare as follows:

Job Description:

  • Pay: $40-46/hr to start!
  • 6-month assignment with possibility for extension based on performance and budget.
  • Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Remote!

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate jobs globally and recommend pay structures.
  • Manage year-end Merit, Bonus, and LTI processes.
  • Analyze market data and internal equity for promotions, adjustments, and more.
  • Lead salary survey submissions and transform insights into action.
  • Support special projects (acquisitions, reorganizations, audits, etc.).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or related fields is Required.
  • 5+ Years of experience in compensation is Required.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and in cross-functional teams.
