Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance and information to applicants and employees on ELR, FMLA, ADA, and leave programs.
• Assists in establishing and maintaining the employee relations program and tracks trends in leave, performance, and engagement.
• Conducts trainings and workshops; develops policy content and SOPs.
• Prepares communications about HR programs and trains supervisors on assigned topics.
• Maintains HRIS documentation and drafting of business processes.
• Advises on mediation procedures and handles labor relations guidance.
• Supports negotiations and development of collective bargaining positions.
• Performs special projects and related duties as assigned.
