Overview:

A leading organization is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join their team and support human resources operations with a focus on payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining accurate employee records, advising managers, and supporting the organization’s strategic HR initiatives. Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience with ADP Globalview
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or Workday HCM
• Knowledge of benefits and pay-scale systems
• Previous experience in employee classification and compensation analysis
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant HR experience, including payroll and compliance functions
• Prior experience working with HRIS systems, specifically ADP Globalview

Other Requirements:

• Hybrid schedule with remote work on Fridays
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
