Job Description

We are seeking a temporary entry-level Data Entry Specialist with hands-on experience in Employee Central/Success Factors to support the accurate entry, maintenance, and monitoring of employee data within our HR system. This role is essential for maintaining data integrity, processing HR helpdesk tickets, and supporting HR operations by ensuring employee information is accurate, current, and compliant with company policies. This position is required until the end of 2025.

Job Description

We are seeking a temporary entry-level Data Entry Specialist with hands-on experience in Employee Central/Success Factors to support the accurate entry, maintenance, and monitoring of employee data within our HR system. This role is essential for maintaining data integrity, processing HR helpdesk tickets, and supporting HR operations by ensuring employee information is accurate, current, and compliant with company policies. This position is required until the end of 2025.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update employee data in Employee Central/Success Factors, including personal details, job information, compensation, and benefits.
  • Monitor and process HR helpdesk tickets related to employee data, ensuring SLA resolution within 48 hours and maintaining 100% data accuracy by performing regular audits and cross-verifying entered information with source documents.
  • Prepare mass upload files and perform data validation as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information, adhering to data security protocols.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or relevant coursework is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data entry with accuracy.
  • Proficient in Jira ticket management and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data entry and record maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday is advantageous.
  • HR systems experience is beneficial.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence.
  • Ability to multi-task, wear multiple hats, and willingness to learn.

The work environment is small and supportive, with a family-oriented and close-knit group. The growing AZ team collaborates closely with HRGs and HRBPs, creating a dynamic and fast-paced atmosphere. This role offers exposure to all aspects of human resources and the opportunity to work with all levels of the organization.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
