Summary:

Manages human resources (HR) for assigned location(s). Implements and acts to ensure compliance with company and Region HR policies. Carries out hiring, recruitment and benefits processes. Performs initial investigations on HR matters.Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.

Position Qualifications:

  • Open availability to travel within region, 50% of the time
  • Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
  • Strong communication, planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
  • Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
  • Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.

Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • New grads with a good work history, can-do, high-energy attitude.
