Job summary

Peak Retirement Planning, Inc. in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an HR professional to lead the early-stage hiring process. You will ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws and coordinate applications across open roles.

You will facilitate onboarding and offboarding, maintain accurate internal documentation, and track HR KPIs to guide strategic decisions. This role is for a team-first contributor who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
