• Manage the early stages of the in-depth hiring process.
• Knowledge of State and Federal labor laws.
• Review and track applications across open roles.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and compliant internal documentation.
• Track hiring data and HR KPIs to support strategic decisions.
• Help ensure every new team member is set up for success in their role.
