Air Force Civilian Service in Fort Washington, Maryland, seeks a Full-Time Acquisition Program Management Specialist (GS-1101-15) to lead acquisition activities for the Concepts, Development and Management Office (CDM). The Senior Technical Acquisition Advisor will develop strategies and interface with SAF/AQ and SAF/GCQ to ensure timely delivery of capabilities.
The role requires compliance with DAWIA requirements, top secret/SCI access, and a strong understanding of DoD policies.

The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for a Full-Time Acquisition Program Management Specialist, (GS-1101-15) in Fort Washington, Maryland. Incumbent will be located in the National Capital Region. Member serves as the Senior Technical Acquisition Advisor for Concepts, Development and Management (CDM) programs and projects. Responsible for all acquisition activities of the Air Force Concepts, Development & Management Office (SAF/CDM). Advises the Director on all acquisition and business-related matters and interfaces directly with SAF/AQ, and SAF/GCQ for all regulatory acquisition actions. Develops acquisition strategies to ensure that CDM, multiple government, service, and agency requirements are satisfied. Special emphasis is placed on a streamlined program execution that accelerates delivery of operational capabilities to the field.
