Job summary

Sun Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support HR documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and workflow guides. You will translate complex compliance and policy language into clear, actionable resources for employees, collaborating with HR SMEs across domains.

You will manage documentation with strict version control, build centralized repositories, and produce training materials and job aids to ensure consistency and audit-ready governance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical writing, process analysis and editing documentation experience.
• Experience authoring SOPs, process maps, and workflow documentation.
• Ability to translate complex policies into clear, actionable resources.

Responsibilities

• Interview HR SMEs to capture technical and process data.
• Analyze HR workflows to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Author SOPs, compliance frameworks, manuals, and templates with version control.
• Design job aids and flowcharts to simplify operations.
• Build and manage centralized HR documentation repositories with proper access.
• Translate legal and policy language into clear instructions for employees.
• Track items, timelines, and deliverables from draft to approval.
• Ensure published docs align with compliance and audit requirements.
