Job summary

Capital Group is seeking an HR Solutions Consultant to join the Global Shared Services team supporting North America.

You will partner with the global HR team, our specialist teams, and business leaders to drive the people component of Capital's business strategy, particularly focusing on medical accommodations requests under ADA (US) and AODA (Canada), Leave of Absence administration, resolving questions/issues across several general HR and Benefits domains.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders.
• Experience with case management of accommodations/LOA.
• Ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.
• Data analysis to translate insights into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex medical/religious accommodations and LOA cases for US/Canada.
• Educate leaders on accommodation/leave laws and benefit programs.
• Apply knowledge of benefits plans to everyday situations.
• Be the point of contact for accommodations/LOA and other HR questions.
• Interpret HR policies to tailor guidance for individuals and managers.
• Lead cross-functional projects and drive measurable value.
