Job summary

Allegis Group is seeking an HR Manager II to oversee one or more HR operational teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with Allegis Group Operating Companies. This role includes direct supervision of Team Leads and senior contributors, governance of data accuracy, and vendor management to optimize service delivery.

The in-office requirement is at least 4 days per week, with a focus on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration across HR records, I-9 compliance, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of business/operations and/or HR operations or generalist experience.
• Experience building compliant HR-related programs.
• Knowledge of HR Records, I-9 compliance, employment screening, and related HR functions is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of one or more HR functional teams with focus on accuracy and quality.
• Direct supervision of HR Team Leads and senior contributors; indirect supervision of a broader team.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations; stay current on legislative changes.
• Conduct audits of processes to mitigate compliance risks.
• Provide guidance to Operating Company partners on compliance updates.
• Maintain reporting and data tracking for inquiries or regulatory audits.
• Drive best practices, standardization, and process improvements for operating companies.
• Lead training on policy updates for field partners as needed.
• Serve as primary contact for audits and escalation within the function.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and monitor SLAs/KPIs.
• Collaborate with Operating Companies to align HR processes with strategic goals.
