Job summary

Inova Health System is seeking an HR Shared Services Advisor to join our team for a full-time day shift, Monday–Friday, in Virginia. This role handles HR and payroll inquiries, partners with HRBPs and payroll, and supports employee transactions in Oracle while upholding strict confidentiality.

Preferred candidates bring HR experience and familiarity with Oracle and ServiceNow, with a commitment to quality and process excellence across HR functions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of HR experience.
• Experience with Oracle and ServiceNow systems.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Identifies HR and payroll questions and issues, develops solutions, and documents interactions in the HR System.
• Partners with HRBPs, payroll, and talent acquisition to elevate tickets or concerns.
• Provides support for employee and leader transactions in Oracle.
• Maintains detailed knowledge of HR processes.
• Ensures all employee information is kept confidential.
• Collaborates on other HR tasks or company projects.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

HR Shared Services Advisor Job Responsibilities:
