Job summary

RELX is seeking a Human GPS Advisor to deliver centralized HR support across the employee lifecycle from a hybrid setup based in Poland.

You will handle time off, leave policies, and country-specific benefits, collaborating with HR Technology, HRBPs, and COEs to resolve inquiries and improve service delivery while safeguarding data integrity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years in HR service center/operations in a multinational company.
  • Fluent in English; French as a secondary language.
  • Knowledge of labor law in France/Germany/Spain is a plus.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide centralized HR support for benefits, leave policies, and country-specific programs.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (Workday) and ensure data security.
  • Guide users on self-service HR tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with HRBP, COEs, and external vendors to improve service delivery.
  • Identify issues and opportunities to enhance service center operations.
  • Participate in training and regional shared services initiatives.
  • Support internal audit activities related to HR processes.

About the Role

The Human GPS Advisor delivers centralized HR support to employees and managers, covering areas such as time off, leave policies, and country-specific benefits. This role manages a wide range of HR transactions and inquiries throughout the employee lifecycle. The advisor adheres to established procedures for resolving employee questions and issues, while also proactively addressing new or undefined requests to ensure smooth and efficient service center operations. In addition, the advisor collaborates closely with HR Technology, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve complex issues and continuously improve service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for benefits, and other HR transactions for employees and managers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations
  • Respond to employee and manager queries and requests regarding HR programs, policies, and procedures, and elevate complex or sensitive issues as needed
  • Maintain and update employee records and data in the HR information systems (Workday), and ensure data integrity and security
  • Provide support and guidance to employees and managers on the use of self-service tools and technology for HR transactions and information
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like HRBP, HR COEs and others as well as external vendors to implement and improve service center processes, systems, and standards.
  • Identify and report issues, trends, and opportunities for service center improvement and enhancement
  • Participate in training and development activities to enhance knowledge and skills in human resource service delivery
  • Participate in engagement activities with other regional shared services team members
  • Collaborate with internal audit team and external auditors to complete audits on HR operations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in human resource service center, operations, or related role in a multi‑national company, preferably worked for different countries
  • Fluent in English / Secondary language French
  • Familiar with labor law of France German and or Spanish as 3rd language is a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Office suite (excel, word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and advise on solutions

Primary Location Base Pay Range: Home Based - Poland zł85,500 - zł142,500.
