Job summary

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is seeking an HR Services Paid Intern in Salt Lake City, UT. This full-time internship, lasting one year, will support the HR Services Team with transactional tasks and participation in process-improvement projects.

In-office work required several days per week, with basic medical benefits provided. You will collaborate with HR professionals worldwide and gain exposure to Leave Management, Background Checks, Relocations, and more, developing data

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university or recent graduate within 12 months.
• Basic understanding of HR functions and employment law.
• Beginner to intermediate Excel with formulas and pivot.

Responsibilities

• Complete project tasks as assigned by HR Services Manager/HR Supervisor.
• Collaborate with HR Services Team members and other HR professionals.
• Provide day-to-day transactional HR support through ticket management system.
• Communicate with HR Representatives and employees on HR transactions.
• Support HR process improvement initiatives and project documentation.
