Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking a Business Support Center Representative to provide Tier 1 HR support for MSK employees via phone, email and direct interactions. You will learn HR programs, policies and guidelines and perform issue identification, case management, and escalation when needed.

This remote role, starting 10/19/2026 for 27 weeks, offers a total weekly pay rate of 3,037.50 USD consisting of stipends and base pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is required.
• Experience with HR systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 support for HR inquiries via calls, email, and self-service.
• Support Workday ERP and Workday HCM transactions.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other functions to resolve issues.
• Assist with system adoption, process improvements, and end-user support.
