Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking an HR Service Center Coordinator to provide frontline HR support, helping employees and managers navigate HR resources and self-service tools.
You will work with HR partners and COEs to maintain accurate processes and contribute to continuous improvements while supporting a fast-paced service environment in a hybrid setting.
This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.
The HR Service Center Coordinator role provides operational support within HR, serving as a first point of contact for employees and managers while supporting a variety of HR administrative and operational activities. In this role, you’ll build proficiency across assigned HR processes, respond to routine and moderately complex questions, and help employees and managers successfully navigate HR resources and self‑service tools. You’ll work closely with Service Center teammates, HR partners, COEs, and Process Owners to deliver a positive employee experience, maintain accurate and consistent processes, and contribute to improvements in HR resources and ways of working. A high school diploma or equivalent experience; some positions may require 2+ years of technical training. Typically 2–5 years of related experience in administrative support, HR, customer service, office operations, or a related field.
