Job summary

Wawa, Inc. seeks an Associate Service Center Representative to provide best in class HR support to Associates and vendors.

This role triages telephonic and electronic inquiries related to associate HR concerns, resolving or routing inquiries promptly and accurately. The Associate will document interactions in systems such as Workday, Applix, Docuware, LeaveSource, and Crystal Reports, handle PTO administration, and ensure confidentiality of records while supporting time-off policies and payroll

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-3 years in a call center or HR Shared Service Center operation.
• Minimum of 1-year HR administration experience OR experience in a specific HR discipline.

Responsibilities

• Triage confidential associate and vendor inquiries related to HR concerns, payroll, leaves, benefits and more.
• Document interactions in systems such as Workday, Docuware, LeaveSource and AP processes.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized services while maintaining privacy and accuracy.
• Interpret policy information for associates and management regarding time off, payroll, and benefits.
• Administer PTO programs and coordinate with Payroll and Labor teams as needed.
• Generate and distribute standard HR reports and data requests.
