Job summary

Wawa, Inc. is seeking an Associate Service Center Representative to provide best-in-class HR support to Associates and vendors.

This internal, customer-facing role triages telephonic and electronic inquiries related to HR concerns and routes or resolves them promptly. You will work with Applix, Workday, Docuware, LeaveSource, ATS, and Crystal Reports, supporting payroll, benefits, and leave programs while upholding confidentiality and associate-centric service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• 1-3 years in a call center or HR Shared Service Center operation
• Minimum of 1-year HR administration experience OR experience in a specific HR discipline

Responsibilities

• Respond to confidential associate and vendor inquiries related to HR concerns, payroll, unemployment claims, leaves, verifications of employment, and benefits.
• Escalate unresolved issues to specialized services as needed.
• Administer PTO program and coordinate with Payroll for time entry and PTO payouts.
• Prepare government surveys and EE0 reporting; maintain confidentiality of records.
