Job summary

Wellspring Philanthropic Fund is seeking a paid HR internship to assist the Human Resources Team in a busy New York office. This full-time internship (flexible by mutual agreement) offers exposure to recruitment, onboarding, data organization, and calendar coordination with senior leaders.

The ideal candidate is an undergraduate student or recent graduate with interest in human rights, strong writing, discretion, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Undergraduate Program, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience required.
• Familiarity with human rights and social justice issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist HR with administrative tasks (curating Wellspring Jobs and Internship Outlook Accounts).
• Post all Wellspring Job Descriptions externally.
• Set up onboarding itineraries and calendar invites for new hires.
• Organize data to reflect recruitment efforts.
• Prepare Welcome Packets for new hires.
• Coordinate interviews with leadership.
• Assist with recruitment logistics and onboarding processes.
• Perform other administrative and research duties as requested.
• Assist with organizing/curating office events.
