The Farm & Forge Club in College Grove, TN is seeking an Entry Level HR and Recruitment Coordinator to support the employee experience and day-to-day HR operations. This role focuses on recruiting coordination, onboarding, HR operations, employee engagement, and office coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate scheduling and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with posting and managing job openings across recruiting platforms.
• Support recruiting workflows and hiring coordination processes.
• Assist with initial candidate screening and coordination as needed.
• Support hiring managers throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Support pre-employment and onboarding processes as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth and organized experience.
• Track completion of onboarding tasks, trainings, and required items.
• Assist with new hire orientation preparation and administrative support.
• Support HR projects, operational initiatives, and process improvements.
• Assist with audits, reporting, and HR tracking as needed.
• Help maintain organized HR systems and processes.
• Order and maintain office and workplace supplies/materials.
• Assist with office-related administrative tasks and coordination.
• Support office events, employee engagement initiatives, and company activities.
• Help maintain organization of shared office spaces and materials.
• Support administrative and operational projects as needed.
