Job summary

Haddad Plumbing and Heating Inc. is seeking a Human Resources & Recruiting Manager to lead the daily operations of the HR department, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, safety administration, and development initiatives.

The role includes overseeing full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, policy implementation, employee coaching, and KPI-driven performance management, with responsibility for HR records, I-9s, OSHA, and benefits administration.

• Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong understanding of recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations processes.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: postings, ATS, screening, interviewing, offer admin.
• Oversee onboarding, ensure documentation and processes are completed.
• Coordinate new-employee setup and training programs.
• Serve as primary contact for employee questions and workplace issues.
• Implement and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Assist in coaching, disciplinary actions, and terminations per policy.
• Coordinate performance management and employee development KPIs.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and employee handbook.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Manage I-9 administration and audits; monitor attendance and benefits.
• Address payroll, benefits, sick time, and time-off requests.
• Develop and maintain HR and Recruiting SOPs.
• Manage workers' comp, OSHA documentation, and incident resolution.
