The Recruiter is responsible for developing and executing the overall recruiting strategy for the company. This includes sourcing strategies, partnering with educational institutions, diversity initiatives, branding and advertising methods (including social media), and staffing agency partnerships. Additional duties involve consulting with hiring managers, reviewing resumes, conducting candidate interviews, and managing pre-hire processes.
