The Recruiter is responsible for the overall recruiting strategy for the company. This includes sourcing strategies, partnering with schools, diversity initiatives, branding and advertising methods (including social media), and staffing agency partnerships. Additional responsibilities include consulting with hiring managers, resume review and assessment, candidate interviews, and pre-hire processes.

USD $60,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 per year.
