Job description

Client: Well-Known Hospitality Organization
Role: Temporary Recruiter
Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr

Duration: 3 Months, with the opportunity to extend based on performance!

Location: Downtown, Manhattan - *5 days a week onsite*

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Hands on coordination of full cycle recruiting for all our hospitality venues.
• Pre-screen candidates and coordinate interview process with various venue managers
• Ability to utilize internet, social media and various job boards as well as engines to recruit top talent.
• Develop and formulate recruiting strategies to attract the best talent for our hospitality venues.
• Utilize internal recruiting system on daily basis.
• Create a seamless hiring process to support the employee engagement journey
• Execute job search and engage with potential applicants
• Ability to improve processes and create a smooth running as well as efficient sourcing and recruitment system.
• Must have strategic mindset as well as developing partnership with managers and team leaders throughout the firm.
• Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports for all phases of the recruitment process.
• Complete pre-employment and new-hire paperwork with candidates
• Support HR Manager in other related duties as assigned.
