Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an HR Recruiter in Columbus, OH for a fully on-site role. You will recruit, source, and evaluate candidates, presenting qualified profiles to hiring managers and coordinating interviews to support staffing needs.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in recruiting or HR, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and strong MS Office skills to manage the recruitment lifecycle effectively.

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, workforce development, labor relations, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, source, and evaluate candidates for open positions.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR team members to support staffing needs.
