Responsibilities

• Develop, facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Partner with department managers to draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identify and implement effective recruiting strategies based on role, industry and organizational needs.
• Screen applications, schedule interviews and support the interview process alongside hiring managers.
• Collaborate on offer details, including salary ranges, incentives and start dates.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policy.
• Attend college job fairs and recruiting sessions to build candidate pipelines.

Salary: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year depending on experience

We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-driven professional who thrives on building strong candidate pipelines and partnering closely with hiring managers to bring top talent on board.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field required, or equivalent work experience
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus

Experience Requirements

• At least three years of experience managing all phases of recruitment and hiring
• Familiarity with employment laws, regulations and hiring best practices
• Proficient with applicant tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Paycor Payroll experience preferred
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation and presentation abilities

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit for extended periods while conducting interviews and reviewing candidate materials
• Ability to travel occasionally to attend job fairs and recruiting events
• Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone and via video interview platforms
