Under general supervision performs record management functions forthe University’s personnel records and files in compliance withUniversity and legal requirements. Conducts research to calculateprior state service. Ensures record retention activities complywith University policies, operating standards, legal requirements,and regulations.

Some college or Associate degree (A.A.) and/or vocational ortechnical school and/or specialized training orcertification.
Valid Texas Driver’s License preferred.
One (1) to three (3) years related experience.
Ability to maintain the security or integrity of criticalinfrastructure, which may include communications systems, computernetworks and systems, cybersecurity systems, electrical grid,hazardous waste treatment or water treatment system.
