Job summary

You will provide HR metrics analysis (diversity, staffing trends, hiring), assist recruitment through WD entries and stakeholder follow-ups, track job changes and contract end dates, and prepare materials for ATME and talent reviews.

Qualifications

• Secondary school education with at least four years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HR data management.
• Experience with analytical software (Power BI) and basic AI concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR metrics analysis (D&I, staffing trends, hiring).
• Support recruitment via Workday entries and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Track contractual end dates and process extensions.
• Prepare materials for ATME, recruitment and talent reviews.
• Perform Workday transactions for LTXs, VSs, and other contractors.
