Job summary
Johnson Controls is seeking an HR Project Manager to lead strategic workforce planning and multi-site manufacturing expansion across North America. You will drive talent acquisition, onboarding, labor capacity models and change management to support growth from $1.3B to $5.9B annual production by 2030.
Partner with Operations, Finance, Site HR Leaders and Plant Managers to align workforce readiness with aggressive timelines, build headcount forecasts, manage HR deliverables, and report progress
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Operations, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR, workforce planning, project management, manufacturing HR, or organizational effectiveness experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or operations environments.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, project management, and executive communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR workstreams for major manufacturing expansion projects across multiple sites.
- Create and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Coordinate activities across HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Site Leadership.
