Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking an HR Project Manager to lead workforce ramp-up and change management across North American manufacturing sites. You will partner with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Site HR Leaders to align hiring with expansion from $1.3B to $5.9B by 2030.

Responsibilities include strategic workforce planning, multi-year headcount forecasting, recruitment strategies, onboarding, learning, analytics, and executive reporting; minimum 7+ years in HR or related fields, and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR, workforce planning, and project management experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operations environments.
• Strong analytical, project management, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR-related workstreams for major manufacturing expansion projects.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across HR, Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Site Leadership.
• Provide regular executive updates on hiring progress, workforce readiness, and project status.
