Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR programs, projects, and initiatives, including organizing timelines, tracking progress, scheduling meetings, documenting action items, and following up on deliverables.
• Department coordination: support HR team meetings, events, communications, and department-wide activities.
• Leadership support: provide organizational support to the VP of HR, including preparing meeting materials and presentations, organizing information, tracking follow-up items, and helping manage competing priorities.
• Communication & collaboration: facilitate communication across HR team members and other departments to support smooth execution of programs.
• Organization & follow-through: maintain calendars, tracking tools, and documentation; ensure commitments are followed up on in a timely manner.
• Continuous improvement & additional support: identify opportunities to improve coordination and provide support for other HR priorities.
