• Oversee payroll administration, including audits, timekeeping, and salary funding updates.
• Serve as a primary HR and payroll resource for personnel transactions and HR operations.
• Manage payroll timelines, approvals, reporting, and compensation accuracy.
• Support leave administration, benefits, retirement, and related payroll impacts.
