Centene Corporation seeks an HR Program Manager III to lead and execute talent initiatives that support enterprise priorities and workforce transformation. You will design and deliver leadership development, succession planning, and talent readiness programs across the organization, partnering with HR leaders and stakeholders to drive strategic impact.

The role requires strong program management and strategic consulting skills, with onsite attendance for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience.
• Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to realize improvement opportunities and optimize prioritization and resource alignment.
• Manage multiple projects through full life cycle including requirements, plans, resources, budget, deployment and closure.
• Use standard PM tools to manage projects effectively and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including issues, risks, and action items.
• Lead stakeholder communication with executive summaries and presentations.
• Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources and mitigate risks.
• Lead cross-functional meetings to align with company objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide functional and technical knowledge regarding overall program requirements and operations.
