Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and document new hire onboarding processes, including preparing materials and scheduling sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Conduct orientations to explain benefits and answer questions.
• Assist employees with payroll changes and benefits enrollment.
• Answer employee inquiries and provide authorized information.
• Prepare and file reports of accidents and injuries.
• Verify payroll changes with computer printouts.
• Compile data for reports from personnel records.
• Update employee files for payroll and benefit use.
