Job summary

Electronic Imaging Materials, Inc. (EIM) seeks a Human Resource Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations including payroll, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, HRIS management, and employee support.

You will assist with engagement initiatives, training tracking, and HR reporting while collaborating with the HR Manager on department goals. In a collaborative, small-business environment, you may cross-train in other functions to ensure operational continuity and coverage when needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in HR, business admin or related field.
• Experience with BambooHR or similar HRIS is preferred.
• Payroll, benefits, onboarding, and HR compliance knowledge.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and audit timecards.
• Administer benefits enrollments and changes.
• Manage BambooHR and HRIS data, reports, and user support.
• Coordinate training, compliance, and reporting initiatives.
• Support recruiting, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
