GlobalFoundries in Vermont is seeking a high-potential New College Graduate to join the Human Resources team supporting the Fab 9 Manufacturing organization. You will partner with HR Business Partners to translate business priorities into actionable workforce plans and talent actions.

You will analyze workforce data from Workday, support performance and development routines, and collaborate across HR functions to enable effective decision-making in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Education required: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Admin, I/O Psychology, Labor Relations, Data Analytics or related field.
• Must have overall 3.0 GPA and good academic standing.
• English language fluency (written & verbal).

Responsabilités

• Partner with HR Business Partners and Fab 9 Manufacturing leaders to translate priorities into workforce plans and actions.
• Support talent and performance routines including goal setting, development planning, and retention reviews.
• Collaborate with Employee Relations, Legal, Total Rewards, Talent, and HR Operations to ensure consistent execution.
• Analyze workforce data from Workday and related systems to identify trends and provide concise insights and dashboards.
