Job summary

You will handle bi-weekly payroll, onboarding tasks, and employee inquiries, while partnering with HR management to enhance workplace culture and retention.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year up to three years of HR-related experience.
• College degree required.
• Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, FLSA, EEOC and other employment laws.
• Ability to handle payroll and onboarding tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Assist bi-weekly payroll processing and maintain detailed payroll records.
• Manage HR Helpdesk requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee onboarding from offer to training start and prepare communications for new hires and managers.
• Support Organizational Development tasks and the LOS or related programs as applicable.
• Maintain employee files in compliance with legal requirements and internal policies.
• Provide guidance on HR policies to ensure understanding and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR Management and HR Business Partners to improve relationships, morale, and retention.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain knowledge and skills.
