Job summary

Harvest Hill Beverage Company, headquartered in Stamford, CT, is seeking a Human Resource & Payroll Specialist to support payroll processing, HR data integrity, and employee services. This full-time role reports to the CHRO/Payroll Manager and works across HQ and field locations.

The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records, assist with Open Enrollment, and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations. Strong Microsoft Office and ADP experience are required.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee personnel files in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in payroll processing and audits to ensure timely pay and data accuracy.
• Serve as a first point of contact for HR, benefits, and payroll questions.
• Enter HRIS transactions (new hires, terminations, pay changes) in ADP Workforce Now.
• Generate HRIS reports and support data requests.
