Job summary

North Health & Rehab Center in Worthington, Ohio, is seeking an HR/Payroll Administrator to manage payroll and HR duties in our skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and policies.

This full‑time role supports recruitment, onboarding and retention, with a wage range of $29–$32 per hour and a benefits package including on‑demand pay, weekly pay, PTO, 401K and tuition opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum two years' experience in Payroll and/or HR Administration.
• Knowledge of payroll laws and guidelines (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA).
• Working knowledge of HRIS software.
• Two years' experience in scheduling and HR in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and perform HR/payroll functions for the community.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding and retention of employees.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Support scheduling and HR-related activities in the facility.
